The name of this proposal is foster parenting and the success of children.

The topic of the proposal is, “Foster Parents Raising Successful Children.” The topic is appropriate to this proposal because there are numerous uneasiness concerning the welfare of the young children who are taken care by foster parents in the society. In a more serious note, there have been growing concerns on the adoption of African Americans by those parents who are not related by blood to the children. The issue of children’s welfare is an issue, which has persisted in the foster agencies.

The proposed outcome as a result of research will validate the foster parent’s position, knowledge and encounters in relation to the children’s behavioral manifestations to show what solutions are required through management, schooling, and training. The research results also points the need to highlight the necessity for planning continuous training and education for both the clients and foster parents.

The conceptual framework emerges from the concerns that the already in place arrangements plans results to nuclear family, which is formed with the very first birth to a pair. There is the need on the first step in family formation to consider the modern trends in the marital status during birth, and also the intensiveness of the pregnancy.

The independent variable in this proposal is the research, which are forces that lead to foster care: embracing irresponsible behaviors.

Dependent variables in the proposal are practices that lead to poor parenting practices.

Control variables in the proposal are factors that influence the data in the research that entails children from economically poor regions as compared to the children with the married families.

This proposal design was motivated by the suffering of the foster children in the hands of foster parents and they were likely to have risk factors.

The population sample for this proposal was not established immediately during the research process, but these results will be availed to individuals and groups approximately 2013 in Michigan.

The measuring tools that will be used in this proposal are the questionnaires or survey tools, which will adequately address the questions that will be vital during piloting assessment.

The hypothesis question for this proposal is ,”What findings show the result for domestic and foreign adoptions with the same factors presenting diverse cultural differences in impacting a child’s psychological ,emotional ,and social progress. Does providing special care to the child change the emotions and attitudes of foster children to their foster parents or adopted parents?

The main objective of this proposal is to investigate the influence of foster parents while offering care to the foster children with challenging characters. The proposal aims at finding out how the aspect of attachment predicts the association outcomes.

The research design for this proposal will employ the use of questionnaire and survey for asking and answering questions. The questionnaire will be used for intervention purposes. The research design will entail follow-up activities of both the foster mother and child. Data collection will entirely depend on the feedback from foster parents.

The sample size will comprise of 165 foster parents and 52 non-foster parents.

There was no budget in the proposal.

Limitations of this proposal method is that the use of open-ended questions was biased, hence making the results unreliable. The proposal results can be accurate since the foster parents can give inaccurate information regarding the behaviors of the foster children.

There was no work plan and schedule. The participants in this proposal included 12 grandmothers, 165 foster parents, and 52 non-foster parents.
