The best way that this conflict can be solved is through the use of dialogue and making sure that every profession participates in drafting of ways that this can be achieved. To achieve this, every professional should be made to focus on what they really want the organization to achieve and their contribution towards the same. Their views should be taken into consideration for deciding the way that program will be run. This is achieved through mediation, consulting and analyzing the organization and its employees (Shortell & Kaluzny, 2006). The professionals also need to be convinced of the way that the program can be best managed. The best way that this conflict can be solved is by incorporating the views of all the parties in conflict in finding the appropriate way that program will be run.
