Over the years, nutritionals have carried out research and devised methods of weight lose by reduction of calories. The orientation of this is to enhance the realization of diet full of fossils and less fats and calories. Getting green with lean is an approach of losing weight at the same time safeguarding the environment. Dr. Walter Crinnion, a naturopathic doctor and environmental medicine physician, developed the approach, which involves getting rid of toxins that lead to fat accumulation in the body.

Getting green with lean is of significance to an individual and to the environment. It ensures the environment remains green. LEAN choice as a method of weight lose, involves lowering carbon intake and increase fossil intake. It is important to note that plant food intake are increased more of green foods. The new approach, which involves the use of green food, has help to conserve the environment, thus remain green, and clean at the same time.

The approach is of significance to individuals, as they do not need to involve themselves in strenuous exercise and starving with an intention of losing weight. The process, however, entails filling the stomach with food, freeing the body from toxins and stable body and mind to work as required and efficiently. Clean, Green and Lean approach help minimize health disorders such as fatigue and associated allergies that lead to benefits of greater energy utilization. Energy loss is minimized, as people do not engage in strenuous exercise with an effort of burning calories. Individuals also need not to starve to cut weight or reduce their eating habits. However, this method can trigger health related problems such as aches and depression. In conclusion, it is apparent that this method deems effective since it leads to weight loss and maintenance of clean and healthy environment.
