In line with the expansion of their businesses, most administrators try to balance out the benefit and expenses that the principles of globalization provides. The capacity of administrators to measure and balance the advantages and disadvantages of global operation based on establishing ethical business culture creates a more defined path for development. Around the globe, the development of business entities based on expansion and outsourcing is already an accepted culture. Nevertheless, being careful enough in handling its legal and ethical clauses before entering in a global agreement under the said operation is always helpful in protecting the stance of the business in line with global expansion.
