Advances and innovations in technology are consistently changing the way in which individuals around the world communicate, organize, collaborate, and do work. These advancements and innovations in technologyextend beyond the internet into electronic devicesinfluencinghow businesses functions internationally. Globalization has greatly affected the workforce, and in relation to technological developments many aspects of business remain obscure.

As such, Human Resource has become a critical feature of the working environment. However, globalization in itself has forced HR into modifying its administrative techniques.This includes adjusting strategies and management practices. When reviewing Human Resources Managementdata a plethora of information was observed highlighting environmental changes that impact organizations’ conduct of HR practices. The article analyzes Srivastava and Agarwal’s (2012) “The Emerging Challenges in HRM’ (Srivastava & Agarwal, 2012, p. 12).

According to these authors the goal of Human Resource (HR) management is to guide organizational development towards promoting efficiency. In applying discrete interventions collaborative efforts could be used in achievingtargets. Precisely, Human Resource must adjust to existing modernization features for effectiveness. More importantly, a Human Resource manager must practice his/her duties at a very high level of competence being aggressive and polite at the same time. Therefore, being fair, firm and friendly are three qualities expected of a manager in this capacity. They incorporate as excellent elements in achieving modernization when applying recruitment techniquesand improving work performance within the work environment.

Many techniques were advanced by the authors.The contention is that supervisors currently approach advancements such as globalization occurring in the political and global environment with very little or no fervor as it relates to the significance it plays in the real world.

This has led to an ideal model transformation. The incredible function of HRM is to attract, retain and sustain skilled representatives. According to these authors, “The future success of any organization relies on the ability to manage a diverse body of talent that can bring innovative ideas, perspectives and views to their work” (Srivastava, Agarwal 2012, p. 21). The author further advocates inclusivity within the organization’s culture, which is the hallmark of successful Human Resource management. (Srivastava& Agarwal 2012).

This article projects that globalization  together with modernization symbolize monetary  links, social resources, tastes, qualities, challenges and opportunities among organizations and the wider environment. Accomplishments of the global organization, subsequently,are perceived as being dependent oncreating and remodeling human capabilities, techniques and operations. Human Resource (HR) will ultimately, transform itself into distinct entities capable of achieving goals and objectives that coincide with modernization and globalization rends.The quantity and quality of people who analyze, evaluate as well as engage in activities that would facilitate this movement from a dependency human resource department must be truly articulate in progressing the organization up the ladder towards these modern trends.

According to Lee and Yu (2013), aHR expert, it would appear that Human Resource (HR) managers were concerned with staying focused on recruiting commercial centers and creating future pioneers (Lee, Yu 2013).These perceptions emerged from a desire to expand knowledge that would facilitate betterHR management principles thorough dedication.

The key concepts advocated in this article related to apparent developments in information technology that have changed the way HR managers recruit talent, and develop better professional skills. “As individuals develop greater technical and professional expertise, their services will be greater demand by organization in the environment” (Srivastava, Agarwal 2012). Extended challenges and turmoil have pervaded HR management functions over the years lately. The new HRM has incited commitments that provide a more exploratory, future-orchestrated philosophy. Modernization and globalization features have revolutionized Human Resource practices.

In concluding this article it must be reiterated thatHR disciplines across the globe are meeting numerous challenges influenced by globalization and workforce constraints. HR managers address these difficulties through culturally diverse training, and motivating workers. However, while training is advocated and mandatory guidelines must reflect the organizations’ specific strategies for resolving these issues. These challenges make it extremely difficult for HR management keep skilled employees in their organizations. Consequently, HR officials display incompetence in taking employees from basic functioning skills towards more advancedbudgetary applications in execution of their duties.It would appear that globalization has created immense difficulties for human resource management locally and internationally.Hence, there is a need for training allowing managers to become compatible with current development within the science. This article successfully outlined the role of Human Resource management.
