There are many factors that contribute to the organization’s success or failure such as the complexity, size and organization’s bureaucracy directly affects the performance of any organization that may continue to expand, revolutionize and propagate its boundaries. Likewise, all the three organizations are trying to broaden their scope in terms of mobile computing; their capability in competition with other rivals is a thoughtful and stern challenge. If we discuss Google Incorporated, it has the major web advertisement market share. Though, corporations such as Microsoft along with other competitors can be a primary threat to the organization. Likewise, Microsoft can spend a lot only for countering and over running competitive advantage gained by Google Incorporated. However, Apple Incorporated has been the leader for mobile computing for many years now. Apart from Microsoft and Google, other organizations are also entering in to this domain. As more and more organizations are coming, legal regulation and compliance can be considered a primary issue, as one side will also be facing to the external entities. We have seen in the past that no one has been a leader in this fast revolution of technology. Likewise, every organization has lost its way in the next era of technology, as previously it was a leader. For instance, IBM was considered to be pioneers of mainframe computing in the late 1940’s and 50’s. Similarly, Microsoft was considered to be a pioneer for desktop computers in the 1990’s, Google was pioneer in web services in 2000’s and Apple is leading its way for mobile computing. The question is: how much more Apple can retain as a leader with the ever changing technology?

Currently, Apple Incorporated is leading the race in terms of variety in Apps available to the consumers. However, Google has been working on improvements that will provide encouragement to Android developers. Likewise, this improvement incorporates open source systems that provide a wide variety of choices for the developers. The business reproduction model of Google mainly spotlights the World Wide Web. Initially, the journey of Google begins as one of the search engines. However, it gained popularity by its ‘copyrighted Page Rank’ search algorithm that allows the web clients to experience advanced results. Moreover, another main feature of Google is that it allows every organization whether small or large to advertise online through this medium. In order to experience superior web-based services and software applications, Google provides its users a low-cost and supple infrastructure. The business reproduction model of Apple Incorporated mainly spotlight all the features related to hardware and software. Moreover, the security policy of smart phones/PDA’s and tablets should be highly guarded. Apple Incorporated owns an App store and only allows apps that are examined by the company to be in a product list. In fact, the loyalty of customers was gained by Apple Inc. from many years and they will stay with the Apple Incorporated Products in future also. Moreover, the business model of Microsoft mainly spotlights the Windows operating system that is available on workstations. In addition, the products related to Microsoft are good for both organizations and consumer users to work easily on desktop. However, Microsoft is still struggling to increase its business in order to keep the customers integrated.

In this study we will discuss Google technologies associated with mobile devices that are providing Internet services. The Smartphone or tablet device market is an economy of around $400 billion. The computing based devices are gaining popularity globally therefore every company is struggling to be in this race. In order to win in this struggle, companies must advertise and claim its large user following. In fact, Apps plays an important role for the popularity of the Smartphone or tablets. Thus, benefit is gained by the company who has launched the most appealing device enriched with loads of apps. Google has tough competitors namely Apple Inc. as(Reynolds) more than 250,000 apps can be downloaded by the Apple Incorporated Users and thus making it at the top list. The earning are about 30% on buying every app. Apple Incorporated Only allows a controlled proprietary system that allows users to purchase apps from Apple store. Recently Google has launched the Android mobile OS operating system for the users of non-Apple products.  There are several features that are not available in Apple Inc for example, running multiple apps at one time etc. On contrary, Android mobile operating systems had many functions that are not present in Apple products for instance, non-proprietary system that enables users to download any app from anywhere. To make it even more tough for Google Inc., Apple Incorporated and Microsoft should be working together to make Bing a default search engine for the users of iPhone and web browser of Apple. The search services of Microsoft will be heightening with this strategy or it will lose its bench in mobile computing world.  Apps have remarkably enhanced the experience of how to optimally use a mobile device. At the same time, without the cell phone, the future predictions for the Internet operational on a mobile device will not be optimistic. Likewise, any organization manufacturing the most attractive and alluring set of unique applications and devices will definitely give a competitive edge on the competitors. Apple Incorporated earns revenue for every application or app that is sold via its App Store. This is a core revenue stream, as it generates revenue of worth billions to the organization. Moreover, if these applications are provided free of charge, Apple Incorporated still portrays benefit for its walk-in customers to buy apps because they are convincingly offering discounts on various products, as per the customer interest. Though, developers of Apps have highlighted issues of generating revenue is a daunting task. As a result, Apple incorporated has restricted some specific Apps from the iPhone. Such as, mail management program of Google Incorporated, Google Voice. As per Apple Incorporated, these Apps were found in violation of consumer privacy. Likewise, applications compatible with Android based mobile phones can be found in large varieties on the Internet. Google Incorporated has continuously thrown efforts for the quantity and variety of Android based applications that can be executed on mobile devices, as they inspire and encourage the developers to upsurge the number of Android applications. Moreover, Google Incorporated also generates revenue by integrating the advertisement function in some specific applications that can be installed on Android cell phones.

Nexus Q from Google Inc. is a more advanced product when compared to a generic television setup configuration setup. Likewise, it is designed as sleek with unremarkable form factor empowered with cloud services. In mobile computing, micro sensors are utilized for capturing data, as they are small size intelligent devices that use works on low power consumption. Secondly, wrist devices are also used for monitoring data by integrating sensors, electronic circuits, display and a wireless carrier – all integrated in a small portable device. All these technologies are equipped with wireless communication devices that will deliver value, convenience, quality and a better life. Hence mobile computing devices enable and facilitate end users to instantly access to information on a common platform or knowledge base regardless of geographical location. By incorporating these features in Nexus Q, there will be more opportunities for the developers, as the platform is Android. Google Inc. is also developing Google Now that empowers Google search and takes it to the next generation search engines. Generically, users may type normal search queries for extracting the desired results or perform multi step plan for ensuring adequate time for getting from one place to another. By integrating Google Now, it blends user calendar with other available services such as Google Maps etc. This functionality provides more time for the developers to precisely focus on developing quality contents instead of waiting in the Internet traffic or planning for travels. Android devices are commonly operational on a Wireless Networks that have some negatives aspects include radiation from microwave signals that are used as a communication carries for these devices, sensors and digital circuits. Secondly, there is always a risk of personal medical information being exposed to unauthorized persons, such as hackers or cyber criminals. Hu, Jiang, & Xiao (2008) conducted a research on Low-cost wireless sensor networks for remote cardiac patient monitoring applications. The primary objective was to utilize the modern communication technology that will establish a tele-cardiology sensor network that will serve as a remote ECG monitoring mechanism. The system was equipped with two core components. As the model was established on wireless sensor networks, related mobile platforms were distributed to the patients (Hu, Jiang, & Xiao, 2008). These mobile platforms were programmed to collect vital signs of patients by utilizing a 3 lead ECG monitoring system. Moreover, the collected data were transmitted via wireless over radio medium to the receiver that was connected to a monitoring and data processing system (Hu, Jiang, & Xiao, 2008). Similarly, the second core component was the theory of wavelength analysis. This theory was activated on the patient data monitoring and processing system. Consequently, the gathered medical data facilitated caregivers and doctors the possibility of diagnosing cardiovascular diseases (Hu, Jiang, & Xiao, 2008). Furthermore, the model was also capable of recording ECG signals, as traditionally it is a time consuming process, where human mistakes are also probable (Hu, Jiang, & Xiao, 2008). As far as security is concerned, patient, data is continuously transmitted wirelessly to the carrier networks. In order to safeguard this information, access control methods must be implemented for assuring the access to only users. A system was introduced by (Le, Khalid, Sankar, & Lee, 2011) called as Mutual Authentication and Access Control based on Elliptic Curve Cryptography (MAACE). (Hu, Jiang, & Xiao, 2008) MAACE enforces a mutual authentication mechanism i.e. a professional will be authenticated to a sensor, smart phone or PDA along with ensuring only permitted data to be accessed. Moreover, by deploying cryptography, the MAACE system provides symmetric key encryption methods ensuring feasibility on sensor based architectures (Hu, Jiang, & Xiao, 2008).

Google Docs is considered to be most widely used online tool for text editing, as it is a collaborative writing platform that utilize web 2.0 technologies (Using Google docs to facilitate collaborative writing in an English language classroom practice.2010). Google docs’ layouts are design for the easy usage. The interface present in any type of word processor includes tiny buttons that are meaningful and easily understandable. The large number of icons and symbols that are present in Google docs are used as the posting tools. In addition, it is very simple to use and understand front page of Google docs. There are different types of forms available that includes responses and Google results that can be emailed to anyone. Google will ask about the type of the document for example word document, presentation or spreadsheet if a new document is opened. Moreover, the documents are easily assembled into separate folders and can be restricted to specific users. The folders can be moved anywhere and can be prearranged according to the date or time. Google Docs also possess similar threats and vulnerabilities to cloud computing. As cloud can be accessed by the Internet, and if Internet connectivity is not available, Google Docs can still be accessed. There are many social networking groups associated with Google Docs. One of them is Google Docs network that is a a collaborative platform where people share their, experiences, options for decisions available, knowledge sharing and supporting other students currently enrolled in any identical degree course. (Patient network – social support groups for people who want to share their health experiences) Moreover, it is a collaborative platform also for health and medicine that facilitates and assists patients for tacking and fighting with the disease, recommendation for best available doctors in their region and getting sympathy, friendship offers from similar disease group patients. Therefore, Patient network helps to make patients life easier by improving their quality of life and facilitating them in many aspects (Patient network – social support groups for people who wants to share their health experience). Similarly, one more social networking site called as Webtribes Incorporate that supports and facilitates patients suffering from life consuming diseases, such as mental depression, anxiety, addiction to drugs, HIV etc., provides free online support for registered members (Mental health social networking support groups: Addiction, OCD, depression, anxiety, HIV aids help ). Apart from sharing and exchanging information, suggestions and ideas, the site also provides blogging, forums, polls, chat rooms, games etc. The website also motivates member to empower and assist themselves and other patients of same disease groups (Mental health social networking support groups: Addiction, OCD, depression, anxiety, HIV aids help ).

Google Docs provides enhanced editing options for the users that allow the modification of HTML or CSS. As it is a web page creator, if any user is not able to find any option for a precise effect from the standard menu option, HTML and CSS will be up to the task (Mendelson, 2011). It is easy to modify or edit a file but some users may find it difficult. HTML editing is also required to modify page numbers, page orientation or columns in the document. Moreover, drawings and images can also be modified; however, charts are not available in Google Documents. Furthermore, charts can be aligned to the left, right, below and up, as they cannot float. Organizations can also use Google Docs for their business by transforming stand-alone spreadsheets in to online documents that will considerably save the cost. Moreover, there are no operating system and hardware compatibility issues, as the application is easily accessible online. However, compatible web browser is required for accessing Google docs. Google Docs homepage consist of a robust editor that includes all the features useful for the editing. A single menu bar is present that allows the users to add different font styles or text sizes into the document. As compare to Microsoft formatting options are reduced while the important options are still available for the users ease. The Google suite includes necessary tools that can help to create resumes, letters, thesis documents or other professional as, well as academic settings (Mendelson, 2011). Google spreadsheet is not as similar to Microsoft Excel, however, it impose a challenge for Microsoft Excel, as the tool is capable of performing functionality similar to Microsoft Excel. However, the options similar to Microsoft Excel layout and fonts along with size are limited.
