Online education does not necessarily require a student to have face to face learning with the instructor. This is different from the on-ground type of education where a student has to attend the classes physically and have a face to face learning with the instructor. From the research, the online learning can also be termed as an e-learning, which means that the class has no walls and a student need to have only the laptop with full access to internet. The University of Las Vegas faces many challenges whereby the adult students are unable to proceed with their studies due lack of enough time. The students spend some of their time either on the overtime work, taking care of the family such as the children and traveling from one station to another for the business purposes. The Grantham University enjoys the advantage since it is capable to offer their students with the online education. The students learning at the University of Las Vegas finds easy time to communicate face to face with their instructors whenever there is a delay in fess payment by the student. The students as well have great advantage of enjoying the scholarship from the well wishers unlike at the Grantham University where instructors believes that every  student taking the online learning are capable of paying their own fees without the help of anyone. The University enjoys a majority of instructors for their students since many of them find it easy to lecture in an on-ground based institution than the online based institution. On the other hand, the Grantham University faces sort of the instructors who can lecturer the online courses that emerges on a daily bases. Due to this reason, an instructor might be required lecture more than three courses, and this leads to lack of sufficient service due to tiredness. In most cases, the on-ground instruction that is successful does not mostly translate to a victorious online instruction. The cause is as a result insufficient training in the online methodologies. Having the lessons at the University ensures that there is a maximum of face to face interaction and an immediate feedback. Unlike the Grantham University where there is still stigma of the student’s interaction due to the distant learning environment. This is different from the Grantham University where it is difficult for the students to have a get-together party through the internet or email. The University of Las Vegas faces the challenge of having the prominent people around the world who are willing to continue with their higher learning. People like the Presidents might feel embarrassed of being put together in the same class with other minor students for the learning purposes. Such people might have a chance to join the Grantham University since they can learn even if they are in their offices. On the other hand, interaction with other students is good, but it leads to the distractions of the students to their school work, which is one of the challenges faced by the University of Las Vegas. This situation also applies to the students at the Grantham University whereby the students are sometimes distracted from the class work by other websites such as the facebook which they use in searching for friends. It is well known that the students taking their lessons at the Grantham University are prone to peeking into their notes during the exams since they do not have any instructor around to look after them, which is the main reason that all most of the universities like the University of Las Vegas does not offer the online courses since it is a big challenge to them. It is also a challenge to the on-ground university since the instructors does not posses eyes to look at the back, hence can miss a student cheating during the examination.

It empowers the students to a new experience of new things. Surely, the online education at the Grantham University is a revolutionized technology that cannot be ignored.
