Harmony: Important Part of Any Group Setting, Essay Example

Pages: 1

Words: 272

Essay

Harmony is an important but often ignored part of any group setting, including job sites. It describes a workplace where all members are helping with their strengths and communication is not hurt by different personal views. Projects with many people are very common and are needed in order to complete most tasks, including those related to business. Also, many great advances in thought have come from group efforts and probably would not have been possible if the process was not at least a little based on harmony. Though, it is important to not assume that harmony will happen without work.

The benefits of harmony in the workplace are not hard to find. It saves time, makes sure people are using their strengths, and generally makes the whole process easier for everyone. However, there are many things that need to be done in order to reach harmony, and it can be easy to overlook a lot of them. To make sure there is harmony it is important to avoid conflict between members in the process. This can be hard to do because it is also needed to involve a range of talented people, which may lead to some disagreements based on their personal differences. It is best to plan to avoid conflict when it is possible and solving it peacefully when it does happen. Making sure a workplace has harmony is a hard task for many reasons. People sometimes react to these attempts negatively or they could try to take advantage of them, so it is important to be aware of these possible problems . Overall, harmony helps productivity in groups of all types.
