In the past, people communicated mainly through letters which were the most common ways that trey used to deliver their information to their desired parties. The reason why many people opted to send letters was that letters enable a person to convey all the necessary details of the information that they were required to convey so that the party receiving the information could have a better understanding of the content of the message., Kings were not an exception as they also sent their messages using letters directed to the people they wanted. Primary Source Letters from King Henry to Cardinal Cibo were one of the letters that were seen to convey information that the people in Rome had destroyed the Roman City and an urgent need to rebuild the city

Primary Source Letters from King Henry to Cardinal Cibo were meant to inform the recipient of the information that there was a need to rebuild the City of Rome, which was the cradle and the beginning of Christianity according to him. Christianity started in Rome from the time of Jesus Christ, who is believed to be the one who came up with the rites and all the things that were done in the Roman Catholic Church. King Henry, through the letter, is seen as a person who respects the Church and all the religious practices introduced by Jesus Christ.[1]. Many people, including leaders and kings, do not live in the religious practices introduced by Jesus Christ and other people who God sent to convey their message to His people. God was the people who decided on the type of people he needed to send to his people to convey his message, and therefore the fact God was using the King to convey the message to the Cardinal. The Cardinal was the person who was concerned with the capital Rome and all the activities that took place in Rome as the place where the Catholic Church originated from. The King wrote the letter out of the concern he had for the future of the city that was deemed toe the lot of the Catholic Church, and therefore, there was a need to preserve the City as has been done by the one who introduced the religion, Jesus Christ,

In the past, people, especially historians, took a great deal of time to develop strategies that enabled them to store the information they had collected from the ground and, therefore, had the task of keeping it. The essence of storing the information for future purposes was so that future generations would learn about the case and determine what was supposed to be done to get the data behind the collected projects. People in the museums stored the stored objects from the past and artifacts, and therefore there was a need to ensure that all the information collected was reserved for future purposes.[2]. The same thing that the King wanted to preserve Rome through the assistance of the Cardinal is the same way many people like protecting the artifacts and objects that they collect from the ground that was being used in the past. The main reason why the King made the bold step to inform the Cardinal of the situation in Rome id that he wanted them to partner and come up with strategies that could help rebuild the City that had been introduced by Jesus Christ, who is the beginner of Christianity. Different people have different things that they have to keep for future references to prescribe the memories or certain vital information that they can use in the past. It is tough to preserve the knowledge that a person has in mind without doing the necessary preservations. Therefore, the only thing that was supposed to be done was for the King to inform the Cardinal about the need to preserve Rome of the cities that he thought had great potential becuasue it was the City that Jesus Christ introduced the catholic Church.

The main factor that made the King write the letter to the Cardinal and not anyone else was because the Cardinal was the only person close to him in terms of religious matters. Therefore, he was the next person who could have assisted him in achieving the targets that he had set for the potential Roma City.[3]. The King needed to convey the information to the Cardinal as fast as possible. The moment he delayed passing the information to the King was the same way the City of Roma continued to be destroyed by people. The people who took responsibility for taking care of Roma city were the same ones who were not concerned with the affairs of Roma. Therefore, the King took it as his responsibility that he was supposed to come up with the strategies that would enable him and the people who lived in the City of Roma to achieve the objectives and the potential he had seen in Roma. He had also written the letter on behalf of many people who also had the feeling that the City was not being taken care of the way it was supposed to be taken care of. He, therefore, presented the ideas and the proposal of very many people who couldn’t have reached the Cardinal the way he could have.
