The Gantt chart of people-defined-tasks would provide the project manager with the right condition of understanding and following through the progress of the project being pursued. Utilizing a Gantt chart with all the necessary points of consideration included especially regarding people-assignments would create a more workable environment that not only the project manager, but also the whole staff would be able to follow accordingly.
