Essay

Andrew Jackson ruled with passion and honour and with that admired quality came loyalty from his followers. Will to preserve was shown when the fight for justice continued even after the War of 1812 had ceased. Even though the issues of the war were never really tackled during the war, Jackson did not stop at that point, instead he endured until all the issues were settled long after the end of the war. Andrew Jackson restored the nation’s belief in it and further invited self-love into the terms of things showing divine care and guardianship for the nation’s people. God has given the psychological abundance to the troops to act with self-determination to have victory.

It is postured that the song “The Hunters of Kentucky is what gave impression to Jackson to defeat the British at New Orleans.” What is of great revelation is that Jackson was greatly outnumbered except for the support of his Tennessee troops and still managed to conquer the British. There is an implication that Europe possesses a superficial emotional and nature appeal. The article further suggests defiant to nature that the “minds would be nourished in the fields of the open and deep in the unpruned forest.” The British are depicted as uncivilized and not worthy of the Western world status. When Jackson lands the troops they are strong and able to resist the uncivilized nation that the British present. Calmness and determined aim is what won victory for the troops. Jackson was gifted with superiority to detail and relations with the greatest minds. He arrives at conclusions through the best means of determination and logic. His will allowed him to command over 800 troops to obedience and further a willingness to be commanded by him. There was a suggestion to “censure Jackson on the high grounds of international law and to impugn his character by suggesting that his disregard for authority outside himself presented a grave threat to the  democratic process.”  He did not bend nor did he fall. He stood strong to his cause. “In  conclusion all three ideas of nature, will and providence sanctioned a violently atavistic  socialistic policy. “
