What are some of the lessons taught by the Iliad and the Odyssey to Greek culture?

The ancient Greeks were much deeply in religious; they used to adoration a lot of gods whom they believed came into sight as human form and hitherto were brilliant with superhuman power and ageless exquisiteness. However, we learnt and understood what is acknowledged as the Athenian age in consequences of the Peloponnesian War just about the 4th century B.C. the period in Greek give out the prominent Socrates. According to the Iliad and the Odyssey, Socrates was been considered as the most significant thinker in the western global. Socrates, even though he didn’t wrote anything concerning his personal, was the progenitor of the philosophy, that man’s iniquities deeds are been caused by ignorance. Currently, he developed what is been called the Socratic Method. This is a way of thinking from a particular verity to a general idea.

However, in theory, this appears logical, but they came with a conclusion that all the reasoning normally depends on what was been well though-out as an actuality. Life was based upon ideas and thoughts which is an obligation for them to be debated. Nevertheless, Socrates lived under poverty level and disdained material ownerships; he also whispered that there was no one knowingly did evil.

Also, from the ancient heroes, goddesses, and gods story, we learn lesson about moral value such as pride, honor, revenge, and heroism. We learn the consequences of this moral and why should we avoid it. Nonetheless, we learnt the greatest value symbol of Greek as unity and culture.
