Customer satisfaction is a vital factor of extensive organizational growth. What the clients assume to be fully responsive of their desire to be satisfied with the services and products they receive from the companies they get to engage with. In the activity that has been completed, the components of the Six Sigma principles of business fairly improves the condition of thinking and operation that companies tend to get accustomed to as they try to establish a new culture that would define their reputation in the industry and in the market that they serve as a whole.

Relatively, given that the Six Sigma principles actually involve the indication of operations relating to manufacturing companies, it could be analyzed that the improvement of procedures towards creating and redefining products accordingly is what makes all of the operations lined up towards the assumption of better business management. Aiming for defect-free products, the six sigma principle application do not only improve the production operation itself but also insists on the process by which the cost of operation could be better controlled and most likely minimized as much as possible.

However, in pursuing the principles of the six sigma management into actual operation, it is important to consider balance especially in relation to the condition of culture that the business tries to embrace. Basing from the survey report and results, it could be seen that there are instances when the application of the six sigma is not balanced, several conditions of imbalance on the part of the product creation and distribution happens as well. This degenerates the condition of thinking that the primary clients being served by the company feel about the released items in the market. As a result, instead of creating more possibility of higher profit from improved business, the profit simply comes from lower cost of expenses spent on production procedures.

On the other end, if the process is applied in a balanced manner, then the chance of defining a more responsive condition of creating and improving business becomes possible. What makes modern business thrive in success under the six-sigma policy of management in production is the fact that it represents a more respective and efficient way of production that lowers cost of expenses while attracting more clients for the sake of improving market satisfaction accordingly. It could be analyzed that managers are expected to see to it that when they apply the six-sigma policy in improving their production operations, they ought to understand the pros and cons of the situation and most likely make a definite impact on how the overall managerial operation of the organization proceeds accordingly. Balancing everything along with the said policy shall provide a good source of adjustment that would provide a good source of competence as the company serves the values of all its stakeholders, especially that of the expectations of the clients it hopes to serve.

True, relating the survey results of this study on actual specific situations in the business industries [especially relating to manufacturing companies] provide a good condition of defining how the six-sigma policy could better improve organizational yields at present. What makes sig sigma policy effective though is that of the efficiency of application especially when it comes to balancing the values that the people being served in the society deem to be important as much as that of the companies involved in the said exchange of values in business.
