HIV aides are rate is increasing day by day in adults. In 2009, young, ages 13-29, represented 39% of all new HIV diseases in the U.S. (Division of HIV/ AIDS Prevention, Centers for Disease Control (CDC), 2011). South Carolina positions eighth in the country for new HIV cases, while the capital city of Columbia positions seventh. There is a strict need of about the disease in adults and there must be some measure taken at governmental level to reduce the disease rate in adults. In spite of the fact that achievements in HIV/AIDS anticipation have been made as of late, it is still a lethal infection. More than 10,129 youngsters in the U.S. have passed on from AIDS (National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, n.d.).  Of all new HIV contamination in 2006, 34% were among youth, ages 13-24.

Before the end of 2006, about 56,500 adolescent were existing with HIV contamination or AIDS. In 2009, adolescent persons represented 39% of all new HIV contamination in the US. This is the first investigation of its kind to give experimentally based examination that looks at whether realistic books can be a successful HIV/AIDS prevention apparatus for youthful grown-ups.
