HIV aides are rate is increasing day by day in adults. South Carolina positions eighth in the country for new HIV cases, while the capital city of Columbia positions seventh. There is a strict need of about the disease in adults and there must be some measure taken at governmental level to reduce the disease rate in adults. In spite of the fact that achievements in HIV/AIDS anticipation have been made as of late, it is still a lethal infection. More than 10,129 youngsters in the U.S. have passed on from AIDS (National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, n.d.).  Of all new HIV contamination in 2006, 34% were among youth, ages 13-24.
