Essay

Clark is clearly having a problem with the present system. What kind of error is he making? What can be done to lessen or eliminate this problem?

Clark wants to embrace the concept of expansion which he believes would help the company at best. However, the process of embracing such expansion has its relative risks. Considerably, based from the conversation between the members of the company involved, the primary conflict is dependent on how the expansion process is likely to be embraced. While other members hope to use the available resources of the organization, Clark hopes to offer the business stocks through IPO. Initial Public Offering specifically gives the organization a chance to expand its possible capacity to develop especially through the help of the public. With such financial assistance from external sources, the company is expected to take on new heights. However, this will risk the organization’s overall capacity to thrive through the changes and challenges.  Clark needs to understand the side of his team mates and the members of the organization to be able to undergo an expansion process that would be agreeable to all the members of the business.

Let’s take a look at how CanGo’s management team can approach performance appraisal differently. Go to the following Web sites: Society for Human Resource Management, The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and Fast Company and find information on 360-degree feedback. How does this system work?

Expansion is an important aspect of development that needs to be given attention to, especially on the manner by which they are able to manage the different members of the organization especially in relation to the concept of dealing with a diverse population of employees. The capacity of CanGo to define the systems they use to manage the people should determine the way they are able to improve the way the employees are given the chance to grow along with the options of expansion that are being aimed by the business. In consideration to this matter, the employees need to be specifically given attention especially when it comes to the growth that they deserve along with the development that the organization needs to give consideration to.
