Inspirational Individual, Essay Example

Pages: 1

Words: 340

Essay

There are many reasons why people tend to consider particular persons to be inspirational. Most often than not though, human individuals specifically focus on the things that these inspirational characters have done for themselves and for others that make them a prominent member of the society. In connection to this, I do have my personal inspirational individual who I think has the best qualities of being an ethical man who considers not only his personal development and gains but most especially that of the others.

My father is one person who knows how to deal with life, how to achieve his own dreams and how to make it easier for others to achieve their own dreams as well. What came from a personal desire of feeding his family and responding to his responsibility as the head of the family, my father expanded his capacity to help by establishing an organization in China and providing job opportunities to at least five hundred employees. Seeing how my father persevered in reaching the life status that he enjoys at present specifically inspires me to do the same. Dealing with one’s own responsibilities is one thing, but reaching up another ladder of becoming the reason behind other’s expansive success is a story that makes his struggles more successful than ever. Dealing with people from different races with different concerns and individualities is not an easy task. As for a fact, I have seen how my father dealt with this challenge in several approaches while trying to find the most considerable approach that would help him become the leader that his people need.

As I grow into maturity, I continue looking up to the ethical measures of humanity that my father upholds. The respect he has for others is what makes it easier for his people to respect him back. From this spurs a great organization that operates in full unity under his care and administration. Like him, I would like to accomplish my dreams while become the tool from which others’ dreams become fulfilled as well.
