Considering the aspect of modern social development, international studies is considered to be rather common and relatively necessary. The condition of the world being related to international camaraderie among nations is considered s a natural culture among human individuals and social communities that are drawn together by their desires to develop a particular course of life that would suffice their desire to be able to realize life’s most beneficial offers that would fit their dreams and their aspirations in life. In this particular study, three aspects that define the existence of globalization linking it to international studies are to be given attention to. The three aspects mentioned namely include commerce, economy and social behavior.
Commerce is considered as a relative factor that contributes to globalization due to the power that it has over the thinking of the people and the function of the organizations existing in the markets. For instance, it could not be denied that it is commerce’s direction that imposed the creation of several for-profit organizations that are dedicated to creating new products and new services that would correspond to what the public demands for. For the sake of completing this study, this particular aspect of globalization has been researched upon through the utilization of Watson’s (2005) book on the History of Thought and Invention and the website that showcases Glyn Davies’ writing on the Origins of Money and Banking located at http://projects.exeter.ac.uk/RDavies/arian/origins.html. These references were chosen for basis of the study being completed due to the fact that they provide ample information about how commerce develop and how it started to gain power over the overall operations of businesses around the globe.
Monetary possessions and wealth are two specific elements that define the existence of commerce. Relatively, the desire to earn more has become a great source of invention of an industry that would allow humans gain something from the market that they serve apart from simply being able to survive life as it is , is considered the main foundation of commercial growth among businesses and other institutions in the said industry. The movement on marketing is considered to be the most powerful tool that characterizes the control that commerce has on the people around the globe. The emerging governance of commerce among the different societies around the globe proves that it is specifically one of the most important factors that define the existence of globalization and how it affects the lifestyle of individuals enjoined in the systems that define the modern society.
Another factor to be examined in this particular research is that of the economy. Considered as the end result of distinctive and extensive applications dedicated to commerce, economy is the defining factor as to whether or not the aspects of commerce could be noted as somewhat successful or not. The impact that commerce makes on the people initiates a particular reaction from the public. Most likely, it is with the measurement of such response that the condition of the economy could be assumed accordingly. To support the need to provide proper and accurate information on this particular matter, the writing of Joseph Stiglitz on Global public goods and global finance: does global governance ensure that the global public interest is served? In: Advancing Public Goods shall be used. Relatively, this material provides a strong background on how global governance and global interest are considered as two specific factors that contribute to the connecting values between commerce and the economy. It is assumed that through this material, a distinct understanding on how human response to commerce could be measured through the relative stance of the economy.
The last aspect to be included in the examination process to be undergone through this research is social behavior. Noted as the connecting factor between commerce and economy, social behavior is understood to be the core source of competence that commerce gets in fueling the development of the overall standing of the economy. It is assumed that whatever response commerce gets from the public would largely depend on the social behavior that a community has been accustomed to. Most often than not, this factor is realized as a turning point in defining the condition of a particular nation’s economy. The behavior of the people becomes the basis of what commerce would produce and it is also the reason noted to have a great impact on how much commerce is able to influence the overall growth rate of the economy. A helpful website on social behavior shall be used to provide viable information about this factor in the study which could be found at http://www.hawaii.edu/powerkills/TCH.CHAP9.HTM under the title Social Behavior. This website provides viable information that discusses how social behavior actually defines the course of development that the world takes into account today.
Overall, the three factors of globalization to be examined and discussed in this study shall be better analyzed depending on how effective they are in establishing specific points of direction that the world is obviously treading into at present. Making a distinct consideration upon these elements is expected to make this particular research a practical source of information that could identify the specific point of development that the world takes into account today in relation to the application of globalization in modern societies around the world.
