The following is an interview analysis of a candidate interviewed in the field if IT related to his skills, interests passion and plans. The candidate has a well-founded academic background in the field of IT, having gone through the education system from primary school, intermediate school and high school, where the grades scored were quite impressive. This was evident from his certificates and other crucial documents he presented during the interview. Having completed high school, the candidate joined (Q) university and embark on an undergraduate BSC in Computer science. As part of the undergraduate training, (name) worked on an Artificial Intelligent (AI) and Bioinformatics project. This is a technical commendable project allowing for the analysis of DNA and fingerprints. (Name) has gone a gash higher and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in the same field of IT. In future, he plans to undertake a post-doctorate in the field of network.

From February to May in the year 2010, (name) secured a job at S Group Technical Support System under the induction and training program where he acquired practical skills in IT. From this technical support system group, (name) contributed in the following responsibilities.

  • Insights and alertness: the candidate is extremely sharp, understands elusive points and the underlying motives related to the job. In general, the candidate has a sturdy insight, which is a requirement for all employees.
  • Poise: the candidate displayed an impressive and satisfactory poise even under stress. He appears remarkably confident, assertive and secure. He instigates confidence in the ability to handle pressure not only in employment, but also in personal life. He can thus work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Personality: the candidate has a general outstanding personality. Additionally he presented excellence in appearance and behavior throughout the interview process. He has personality traits that which include hardworking, enthusiastic, assertive, sociable and outgoing in embracing change.
