Math Instructor: Explain why you selected the service. In other words, how do you expect to benefit from finding out more about this service?

Me: Math is a technical subject which requires a lot of practice and commitment. I have to revise for more than 12 hours every day to sharpen my calculation skills. The end semester math exams are several questions to be computed within a limited amount of time hence the need for rapid integration. The service will enable me to understand why math exams made me feel anxious and stressed and the effects of such circumstances. It is important to cope with stress and anxiety I experience before tackling my end semester and final math examinations because it helps me practice hard and improve my performance on the subject consequently.

Math Instructor: Summarize the programs and services available to you

Me: I can deal with final and end semester math exam stress and anxiety by carrying out some activities. I will give my assignments and assessments priorities about their deadlines and total weight on my final grades. Create a to-do list that describes my daily activities as far as math is concerned.  Take care of myself to avoid stressful moments. Allocate time for relaxation on a regular basis. Take a deep breath before I start answering questions during my final and end semester math examinations.

Math Instructor: Describe future circumstances that might lead you to visit this service again

Me: As I prepare to pass my last math exam and graduate from high school, I think of proceeding to a university to pursue a course in Civil Engineering. Ninety percent of the course outline consists of mathematical problems while the profession involves calculating strength capacity of construction materials on projects with deadlines. It is apparent that I will have to cope with stress due to math problems the rest of my life.
