Date assignment is due There are eight United States University which are classified as belonging to the Ivy League.  The universities are: Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Penn, Princeton, Yale .  Each of these universities has its own distinct admission criteria.  In other words, an SAT score at one university means something completely different at another.  This problem often leaves students appearance confused in terms of how this actually works from an admissions perspective.

The advantages of an Ivy League education are fairly significant, for example: the ability to have a degree from a top university on your resume, the ability to network with a highly qualified academic alumni and the ability to obtain academic references from some of the leading researchers and academics in their respective fields.

Harvard and Yale University, have the lowest acceptance rates.  Primarily because of the prestigious reputation that they have built up over the years.  As such,  their selection criteria is much more stringent as they are desirous of taking only the best students for the undergraduate and graduate programs.  Although there is some pressure to apply early, as between 40 to 50% of early admissions tend to get accepted; one of the main criteria should be finance.  Are you making a sensible decision in terms of monetary investment, considering the length of time and university in the time it would take to  repay any student loans.
