The primary role of a human resource assistant includes particular assumption on how particular elements of human nature could actually be given attention to especially when it comes to choosing the right people to hire for particular open positions in the company. This role requires a particular individual wanting a shot on the said position to have the capacity to develop keen observation regarding the elements of human psychology and how such elements could impose the being of each person. Relatively such condition of thinking could only be acquired through a long time application of long time training. This is the reason why applicants for the position of human resources assistant are often expected to graduate from particular Bachelor’s degree in relation to human sciences and/or business administration issues.

Competencies and Requirements

From the said training, it could be understood that the individual participating in the application have the following technical and professional requirements such as a Diploma in HRM and/or Business Management, at least three years experience in the same field. It could also be noted that along with such state of general knowledge about the field, the applicant is also expected to have an average or above average Knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law. Given that the hired individual would have to deal with both Arabic and American individuals, he is expected to write and speak in both Arabic and English languages. This will allow him or her to be able to communicate with the personnel who are to be working under the said position of human resource assistant.

Among the different roles that the human resource assistant is to take specifically include the preparation of payroll, quarterly leave schedule as well as the end of serve reports and the creation of work certificates. This would require the HRA the need to give specific attention to detail and be able to analyze the information included in the said reports. Another point of consideration is connected to the process by which the employees are able to follow their scheduled duties thus responding to their assigned tasks.
