His personality and experiences are contributors for his success and failures because it generates a clear picture of the individual under question. Personality concerns an individual’s character and for Smith, his character helps many people to feel comfortable. This means that he is a leader who is accommodative. In terms of experiences, his earlier experiences have created a new individual who is ready for challenges that come his way. Therefore, these contributing factors helped in the attainment of his success because it concerns experiencing molding the behavior of an individual. In any circumstance, past experiences are a key to gaining information and wisdom on how to tackle existing issues like running a government. In essence, the success and failures of John establishes the steps that recruit new personnel.
