Research Paper

In the receipt from Attorney Katelyn M. Quigley, it is stated that Petitioner Travis D Huss submitted 12 filings from July 5, 2021, to the current date, though her indication is wrong. From June 16th,2021 to the current date there have been 18 filings submitted. The additional 6 filings submitted could have been due to errors in the submission or a possible hacking incident that is still under investigation. These duplicative submissions are still essential and are frivolous submissions that should be looked into, due to the significant need of this little boy named M.W.Z-H to get home. This Court hearing is obligatory for my son’s future. The false accusations, and misjudgments of the Court’s order by the ‘GAL’, Police and Renee, cost Travis D Huss and Micah over 3 golden years that cannot be made up due to stigma. The litigation is filed to the U. S Supreme Court to take action on all kinds of errors committed by Mr. Huss, Mr. Zajicek-Huss, Mrs.Huss. (Incident Report 11/02/2020)

Mr. Huss asked and tried to convince the court to add his daughter Adrianna Love Huss as a backup supervisor on September 23.2020. And an order was issued by the court. It was stated on the Order, “to supervise the Petitioner’s placement, the Petitioner’s daughter. Adriana Huss may serve as an alternative supervisor, subject to the remaining terms and conditions of the Petitioner-s placement as outlined herein. On occasions where it is necessary for Adriana Huss to serve a supervisor, the Petitioner shall provide a written itinerary to the Respondent detailing the activities of his placement.” (Ref Order 9/23/2021)

The current Order was issued following a conference review held on June 7th, that named Katherine and Duane Huss as supervisors. Though, the Order was not detailed. (Ref Order 6/07/2021)

Please see below:

On June 16, 2021, Petitioner Travis D Huss requested the 1st Status conference motion and attached a letter addressing the concerns, due to an update on the parents’ change of schedule that resulted in conflicts. He also addressed concerns from Kate that the Petitioner, Travis D. Huss should address his mental state, though the petitioner feels there are no issues with his mental ability to parent. We need to have the case reconsidered since it is so critical. (Ref Order 6/17/2021)

On June 21, 2021, The Petitioner addresses his 2nd objection to Renee M Zajicek about the recommendation by Attorney Quigley. Then, the Petitioner addressed his 3rd error and disagreed about the Order on June 7, 2021. Though, it was not accepted for it was not addressed on time.  (Ref Order 6/21/2021)

On July 6th, 2021, the Petitioner addressed a Motion and requested an emergency status conference due to the unavailability of any supervisor and concerns the petitioner had about Renee Zajicek. On the same motion, he asked for the 1st emergency status conference. He also called for a 2nd conference due to the arising of a conflict.  The called status conferences were not honoured. (Ref Order 7/6/2021)

On July 6th The proposed Order was declined due to the argument that the motion was not timely filed. (Reference Order   7/6/2021)

On July 7th, 2021, the Petitioner re-filed an emergency status conference due to the unavailability of any supervisor for the last motion was declined. The Petitioner attached an affidavit for the same status conference. (Ref Order 7/7/2021)

July 7th, 2021, the Petitioner filed the 1st proposal for an Order that should name Adrianna Love Huss a supervisor. (Ref Proposed Order 7/7/2021)

On July 7th, 2021, the 1st proposed Order asking for the naming of Adrianna Love Huss as a supervisor was declined shortly after. (Ref Order 7/7/2021)

On July 7th, 2021, the Petitioner re-filed 2nd proposal for an Order naming Adrianna Love Huss a supervisor due to the declination of the previous one. ( Reference Proposed Order 7/7/2021)

On July 7th, 2021, the 2nd proposal for an Order naming Adrianna Love Huss a supervisor was declined for the 2nd time. After reviewing the documents, the Petitioner noticed some errors or possible hacking due to changes in some words and the missing of other words. The petitioner contacted WI CCAP about this issue and it was noted. (Ref Proposed order 7/72021)

On July 8th, 2021, the Petitioner gave a written statement about the previously submitted errors on CCAP with Attorney Hoff as his lawyer. The documents were removed that day after a review and it was noted on CCAP. The petitioner addressed concerns about his documents being changed and the matter is being investigated. He also asked CCAP and Clerk in charge to remove these documents so as not to cause confusion. He noticed this error “It’s been 3 long years and there has been physical harm to Micah ever or emotional abuse, or any safety concerns when Micah was in the Dads’ care.” But I indicated that it should have been “It’s been 3 long years, there has been physical harm and emotional abuse to Micah in the Mothers’ care, and no safety concerns when Micah was in Dads care.” (Ref proposed Orders & motions July 7th – 8th)

On July 8th, 2021, the Petitioner re-filed the 3rd   proposal for an Order naming Adrianna Love Huss a supervisor. Though he indicated it was a mistake or someone had it sent from his computer. He contacted Spectrum and they are investigating the problem. It was also documented that Spectrum was present in June and was noted to be tampering with the router and smart devices. (Ref proposed order 7/8/2021)

On July 8th, 2021, the Petitioner re-filed 4th proposal of an Order naming Adrianna Love Huss a supervisor again. This time he fixed the errors, and CCAP was aware of the problem. The Petitioner attached an affidavit to show the reasons to add a supervisor.

On July 12th, 2021, Honorable Judge Basiliere declined 3 proposed orders dated before this. (Ref   Order 7/12/2021)

On July 12th, 2021, the Petitioner re-filed the 5th proposal for an Order naming Adrianna Love Huss a supervisor with revisions. He also attached a letter addressing the proposed Order. He wrote that, he is believing, wishing, and praying that he will get to bring his son home, to celebrate three Fourth of Julys, two birthdays, three Christmas Eves & Days, three Fathers days, three Easters, three Memorial Days, three Labor Days, Three Trick or Treats (Halloween) Golden Years, three Thanksgiving Days, and New Years’ Eves & Days. And the boy has missed those moments because of being taken in circles! These Holidays were all on previous Orders. (Ref  Order 7/12/2021)

Mrs. Quigley is incorrect once again. Mr. Huss is likely forgo placement with his child till he gets full placement of the due actions, which will be filled with contempt and a temporary order coming out in coming weeks. Mrs. Quigley did not contact Mr.Huss, maybe because she lost my phone number or maybe she is the one that keeps calling me and ends up not speaking for reasons of being shy or that she cannot come to an agreement. Since she could not call or speak to me, maybe she will ask for my phone number at the next review hearing on August 6th. I would like to respectfully request that Mrs. Quigely further adapt and pay attention, in the meantime, she should look for my number and call. So we can speak over this at dinner.
