Nevertheless, as seen through the actual examples of the different cases that involve business organizations at present, applying the six sigma requires particular adjustments including a reestablishment of goals that are specifically designed to create a more respective process by which the whole organization would be dedicated to both progress and innovation.

Relying on the evaluations that result from specific statistical researches handled by the organization, the six sigma management approach could be better implicated. Mixing together the quantitative and qualitative approach to understanding the progress of the organization and providing necessary data that are needed for the sad evaluations would increase the capacity of the administrators to impose developments that are based on statistical data.

With the reestablishment of goals and recreation of the path of operation, the organizations that are trying to realign their procedural existence under the six sigma management consideration would benefit well from the resulting impact of the conditions offered by the methodology discussed. Not only does the six sigma management process provide a sense of control for the organization’s operation at present, but it also provides a chance for the administrators to foresee what is to happen in the future in relation with the new changes adapted by the business today. Relatively, it is deemed that through this approach, business entities would be able to find the most convincing procedure by which the overall condition of the organization would be dedicated to continuous progress amidst particular dilemmas and/or risks that might be present in line with its operation in the industry.
