Recently I was hired by Maritime industry as one of its Cargo engineers. In a months’ time, the personnel manager Brian developed a lack of interpersonal skills. Brian became nightmares to the Maritime employees. He did not apply good communication skills when handling workers. Therefore, many employees were stranded as they could not understand him. Brian would shout at workers hence he failed badly in his capacity as the personnel manager. Brian mumbled at worker as he assigns orders to them. However, one of the initials week Brian fired one of the employees by the name, Vivian. After, Vivian complained of Brian’s harshness to the employer. He did not want to listen to Vivian grievances. However, as one of the Cargo engineer in the Maritime Company I wish I would apply the interpersonal skills by advising Brian to consider Vivian’s Case before laying her off. But I could not as a result that I also feared retribution from the personal manager.

The scenario depicts that life is full of conflict of interest. That is to mean, in life you are either a victim or you can choose to sacrifice one life in order for them to live a full life. Therefore, the scenario thus approves of moral principle. It teaches moral lessons that one should adhere to understand and learn the conflict lessons in life and decide on which to apply that satisfy their moral.

It is, therefore, essential for one to possess, and be able to define the hierarchy of rational values. Thus making him or her choose from the variety of the values, and to ensure the benefits he or she has chosen. Are valid on a rational standard of judgement. Hence the advantage of gauging a man’s life in ethics of emergencies. It helps to build one on the importance of helping others. By insinuating that a fundamental person role is to ensure that one’s self-interest is enhanced. It is seen in where one does not choose to get his or herself involved in issues, and events. By doing that, through the sacrifice he or she makes in is life bore the love, and friendship that is what objectivity ethics is all about. As your highest moral aspiration is to purpose on achieving your happiness.

The question that I would ask Dr. Bidez in the audience is, what are the benefits that miners can get from the government? What action can the government take to ensure that miners benefit largely from the proceeds of mining? While the question that I would secretly comment on an evaluation form include, how can one call for emergency rescue at the mines? The reason as to why I would comment secretly on an evaluation form. About my question on how one can call for emergency rescue in case of an accident is because it enables me to choose from a variety of emergency call methods. It also enhances my ability to express rational judgement on the methods provided to me by Dr.Bitez. While the reason for asking what the government can do to help mines benefit from the mining proceeds. Is to ensure that all miners are well informed of what role the government is playing in safeguarding the miner’s interest. Also, it ensures that the government is well informed on what it ought to do in the case of miners. Who’s safety are yet to be guaranteed?
