Overview & Analysis of Harmony Health Care’s Environment

Human Resource Issues: Harmony Health Care would have to develop professional and fully qualified health care staff. Consistent training programs should be implemented and made mandatory for all the health care staff.

Information System Issues: technology plays a crucial role in the provision of quality health care solutions. Harmony Health Care should ensure that it stays up-to-date with the latest information systems for better delivery of quality health care services.

Organizational Culture and Values: Harmony Health Care has developed values and cultures that are poised at maintaining professionalism within its work play. There are never shortcuts while working on our patients.
