As recruitment and human resource companies manage knowledge and talent, they have to have sensitivity towards all stakeholders, leadership ethics and skills, as well as the ability to handle stress.
  3. In customer service, one of the hardest tasks is to create an effective and easy to handle evaluation method. Customer service skills can be measured within the organization, as well as productivity, however, in the end of the day what really matters is customer outcomes and company reputation. What the goals and scope part of the project management plan determines as a priority needs to be aligned with customer expectations.
  4. The identification of critical activities that contribute towards achieving the main goals of the process improvement project is a critical point, as well. Determining the schedule and critical paths is the task of the project management team, however, there is a need for organizational communication and collaboration.
  5. Controlling the project is also important and needs to be built upon cross-checks and monitoring activities. Measuring earned value and comparing it with the goals is an easy way to do it. For example, in a customer service department of a recruitment agency, planned results of customer satisfaction surveys need to be compared with actual measurements.
