This will prove that Joe Johnson and Mary should create their own website. In the website, they will upload all thematerials they are offering in their book bunker. This will assist the customers to get to the company individually if they are near the company. In the website also, the company should include prices of products and how customers can purchase theproducts online. This is because other customers will need to buy the products online due to geographical background anddistance. In addition, many customers who will not come to the company physically due to geographical distance will prefer online buying. This is because they will not incur any extra costs of travelling to the company physically. Thismeans that they will need to more about the products and the company itself. In terms of prices, the company should try to quote a price, which is friendly to the customer as compared to those of the competitor.This means the company should inquire about the prices of the similar products offered by the competitors.

The company should create social web pages of the company in various social sites like facebook, twitter, andmany others. Currently, this is useful as many people are registered on these social sites and they will access the webpages of the company in the sites. The company should upload the products they offer in their book bunker and prices.They should also indicate the methods of communication that they can be reached or conducted. This is because when thecustomers access the information on the social site, he/she will be interested and he/she may want to inquire more about the products. The company should post contacts such as physical addresses, email, and phone number on a social site webpage and even in their own website.

This strategy will improve the sales of the company. This is because the company will be able to access both thecustomers near the company and those from different places all over the world. In addition, the company gets morecustomers depending on how they are offering the services to customers who are communicating online. Because of theincrease sales, the company will make more profit.
