The business cycle comprises of the fluctuating and repeating stages of economic activities that are being experienced by an economy for a period of a given time. There are a number of stages which are concerned with the business cycle. These include expansion, recession, recovery, peak as well as trough. Unlike old days, business cycle is nowadays understood to be irregular-varying in terms of magnitude, duration and frequency. It should be clear that the economic expenditures of one unit are always the profits of other units of economy. This offers a moderately foundation for having movements that are sympathetic in a number of industries of a given industry. This kind of situation ensures that there is always a reliable credit. On the other hand, the GDP is always an overall measure of the economic output of a given State. It is mostly related with the standard of living.

The GDP can be determined in the following three ways. These include the approach of the output, the approach of the income as well as the approach of the expenditure. The best of the three is the approach of the product that adds all the outputs to arrive at the last step which is always the answer. On the side of unemployment, it takes place when an individual is willing to work in a situation that there is no work available. It is always measured by the use of the employment rate. The employment rate is the percentage of the individuals who are in the labor force and are not either employed. It has been believed that unemployment inevitable to avoid inflation. The rate of unemployment differs from one country to another. Interest comprises of the paid fee on the assets that are borrowed. They include consumer goods, money and the shares. It is measured upon the assets value in the same condition as upon money.
