The data appears intuitive and inherent. The captured data has been bundled and separated with windows which are filled, but smooth flow of information. The heading is descriptive and imperative. The titles are therefore detailed and well labeled with procedures and procedural time. Another part is via questions and answers, drug names and registrations, and short descriptions and text. The heading, however, is appropriately direct. Entire worlds have been mostly used in data representations, such as categories and conditions, dates and procedures, drug names and instructions reported, and clinicians. The contracted windows have given space for more accessible location of the menus. These menus can be easily seen when skimming. The menus are also wrapped inside the top front of the windows, thus being unique and can be deducted effortlessly. The form layout is a bit crowded and may be hard to follow. However, its complexities have been reduced by the descriptive headings, directness, and easy menu.

Users will take a significant amount of time to understand how the data has been presented even with the domain knowledge. As much as it is simplified, some words and headings are contracted to fit the design. Therefore some experience will be required to decipher the information.

This interface design level is for the intermediate level, considering that they have some domain knowledge. However, the design’s retention of information is more straightforward, with the user’s data requiring minimum memory load on the users. The interface is very susceptible to misuse and unknowing data manipulations since some of the windows have drop-down and editing options. The font size and color are well presented and visible. The colors make the interface interactive, and therefore the grayscale display will be more complicated and more time consuming to decipher
