Mission

Our mission is to empower the public in general through the continued provision of nutritious food, to promote consciousness about the hunger situation and to create and maintain a proper network that will guarantee the acquisition of food, its safe storage, equitable distribution and utilization throughout the year. We endeavor to seek and develop a strong collaboration with various likeminded organizations that have a similar mission of alleviating hunger and guaranteeing continued supply of quality and safe food for all. We have a strong desire to respond to all emergency cases to ensure that all vulnerable people have access to food t all times. We are conscious of the fact that hunger continues to be the main reason why some children fail to attend school regularly (Sheehan, 2010). We therefore strive to ensure that all school age going children have the opportunity to access an education that will offer them a future and give them the hope to succeed in life. We therefore ensure that food is supplied to schools in disaster areas in order to achieve regular school attendance for all pupils. We are dedicated to offering relevant training concerning modern food production methods that guarantee the alleviation of hunger and poverty all round the year.

Vision

Our vision is to guarantee food security for all vulnerable people including the sick, the elderly and the poor. We strive to achieve this through the distribution of food in emergency situations, vocational training, training the public in disaster preparedness and the provision of food stamps.

Values

To ensure that these programs are implemented successfully, we strive to follow our core values which include dignity, honesty, self reliance, service with humility and utmost dedication.
