Monitoring Observed Policy Outcomes, Coursework Example

Coursework

Introduction

Monitoring policy outcomes is critical in facilitating its success. The tiebreaking experiment involves methods used when available resources are scarce. These resources are then randomly allocated to people with identical or have a similar level of needs (Boswell, 2019). A good example is resources allocated to students who have the same sample score of tests in their certificates, and in this case, it is the GED certificate (Donovan, 2016). As a program chair, my responsibility is entirely is to ensure that all students or the majority of them succeed in their jobs. As the program chair for students who did not graduate, this document outline factors that need to be determined to ensure that student’s success.

With the limited resources at my disposal, I will consider all the students using much other variety of metrics used in these programs (Johnston & Alley, 2018). The utilization of limited resources is critical in facilitating associated success. For example, I will be testing them through the requirements in the labor market, and through it, I will determine the best-suited students based on their results I will obtain from the testing score (Pecoits-Filho, 2020). This method will ensure that all the students get fairness, and they will all compete well in the labor market. Besides, motivational strategies will come a long way to empower students who failed in class to take part in achieving organizational goals and objectives.

Conclusion

As the chair of this program, I will explain to my program director that this is the best practice that will be applied to ensure that we work within our limited resources and, at the same time, ensure that our students succeed in their jobs. The program and the tiebreaking experiment will ensure that every student will get a chance to compete through their capabilities and succeed in their careers.
