My Smart goal is to implement a new management system in my supplying business through creating a clearly defined guidelines and supplying processes. I will know whether I have achieved my goal when I will see my employees including the managers working more competently and satisfying the customer needs within the required time as agreed on the point of receiving the orders. I will introduce a wireless network and employ more people with specific skills in with great consideration with the section in the business. This will work right from the reception, security, warehouse, loading and offloading, and transport sections. This will require me to spend $ 420 and this money can be taken from the business account. I can achieve this since already from the business account the business made about $ 890 profit for the year ended 30 June 2012. I am very confident that the wireless networking system will only require $ 150 as per the quotation given by installation agent when I made the inquiries before planning. The remaining amount will be enough to employ the new input to required changing the business performance. The advertisement will put immediately on the employment agencies for the search of the required skills and knowledge for my supplying business. The employment requirement will depend on the input knowledge that will be requiring in each department following the input into the business. Customer expectation will also p[lay a major part when drawing the expertise required. From the record received from my friendly business associates who have really helped me with ideas and consultation services this system can be implemented within 8 weeks and change the working formula in my business.
