I will assess client’s interactive process to measure conceptual skills to change it by the end of this semester with client’s negative statement and make it positive. I will measure my success by my supervisor’s comments and by the client’s 100% of future orientation that lets him/her know that the future will be different and better than the present or the past has been in some way.

I will use scenarios, that is short, one- or two paragraph summaries of each client response to measure perceptual skills by the end of this semester. My results would be discussed in the group and with the supervisor. With practice, and appropriate feedback, my skills in perceiving the processes occurring in clients negative behavior will improve.

I will practice my executive skills principally while I start working with each client, and I will establish a clear sense of priorities and sequence of the outpatient therapy process by the end of this session. The supervisor will watch through a one-way screen, or on closed-circuit television, and give feedback. This will be done in breaks during therapy sessions, by using an intercommunicating phone. I will measure my progress by treatment plan I will employ.

I will do submit my collaborative working with my client and Supervision Consultation Sheet to my site supervisor within 24 hours by the end of this semester. Each of my therapy that will be 75 minutes in length. I will present portions with a client that illustrate many of the points that have been presented to check my professionalism by my supervisor’s comments.

I will evaluate outcomes with each client, and determine if any client would like, and benefit from, follow-up services such as outpatient therapy or community links by  the end of this semester with at least 100% agreement between my self-assessment and the assessment provided by my site supervisor and by Dr. Perry. I will measure my progress by my therapy effectiveness by supervisor’s comments.
