Character

Being a regular citizen in my community, I have established a particular standard that I follow especially when it comes to being a person of character. I make sure that when I deal with others, I treat them with honor and I give high respect to their being, whether they may be younger than me or may they be of a different gender compared to me. I sincerely believe that only by treating others with utmost respect would I be able to expect that I would be treated fairly and properly as well. I view that my capacity to hold my temper also applies in the manner by which I deal with others with proper behavior. I have learned through time that it is with the application of this attitude that I become more capable of becoming an asset to any community-organization I join in.

Service

Whenever I can, I do my best to offer my help to others. I do seek probable courses by which I am able to extend myself for the sake of assisting others become the best that they could be. I reach out to youngsters and give them some time to teach them simple skills like reading and writing whenever I can. I make myself available for community service programs as I take the initiative to make distinctive impact on the lives of the people living around me. I make necessary steps to assume what others need and extend my resources to make sure I take part in supporting others in my community.

Leadership

When I want something to happen, I always think of possible ways to inspire others to come along with me in my journey to completing my desires. For instance, if I want some trashcans to be put out along particular areas in the neighborhood to properly assist in keeping our community clean, I go to the administrators [youths and the community leaders] and ask for their permission and cooperation so that I would be able to entice others to volunteer and perhaps work with my goal of creating and putting out trashcans within particular target around the neighborhood.
