A nurse sets up this plan with an objective of minimizing the patients’ stress, and to enhancing their adaptability. At times, both can also apply. In most cases, nursing objectives can base on the following factors; emotional, cultural, and physical among others. It can also entail the social life of the patient. These factors can include the entire community. The patient can understand some basic objectives adequately (Michaelen & Zwygart, 2009, p.130). The basic factors are balanced diet, items of self-care and daily elimination comfortably.

These nursing objectives can use the contract that is practicum such as putting one topic of the whole week and link to the system. For instance, let us look at cardiovascular for the whole week. In this case, my learning objectives will seek to identify patients suffering from similar ailments. I will examine such patients to ascertain the side effects of the imposed medication. Further, more, it is better know areas of cardiac auscultation and hence number the various abnormalities they cause. Lastly, it is expedient to put into consideration the cardiac rhythm, discuss its results, and hence administer medication.

A project idea usually comes from the utilization of one’s network. It is pertinent to note that one will gain the objective ideas by consulting experienced friends. Understanding the importance of the research given gives a patient hope for proper care. Always a successful research, result to quality patient care (Grossman & Briggs, 2005).

Objective of project ideas based on the colleague might be physical. This entails the physical nature of the patient under administration. For instance, a patient under medication of the cardiac rhythm has the wish to get physically heal. It is noteworthy that the project ideas from friends may base on this patient and thus promote wellness.
