An operational change concerns values, behaviors and attitudes of business structures and processes of working. In different business organizations, managers adapt different strategies to address their operational change, which improves efficiency. For example, strategies employed are Six Sigma, Lean, and orientation of business processes and alignment among others. Work However, it is essential for employees to work together in order to succeed and establish resource allocation.

Operational changes in organizations need to consider action plans that are appropriate for managers to implement. This ensures a Company successfully implements a plan of action and monitors the progress of operational change. The plan of action to be introduced, by managers needs, to be successful, which determines how the changes will be implemented and introduced. For this scenario, Desert Communications Inc needs to generate profit and therefore, strategies employed should reflect on the products demand and supply. Global changes and advancements in the telecommunication industry have forced managers to implement strategies like limiting cost, reducing production costs, change branding of product and time of processing, limited.

Quality Improvement Methodologies (QIM) enhanced through teaches engage team members to be effective and utilize critical thinking methods. This fosters a culture of responsibility and training in employees hence, boosting rapid achievements for the Company and sustainable changes in operations. Additionally, the organization needs to send their customer care representatives (touch points) to survey the market and collect data on the mechandize or service offered by the company. The representative can also make outbound calls in aid of promoting the product and service to their target market. Desert Communication also needs to give its employees incentives to motivate them for dedication purposes on promotion strategies of features added to the organization. In this context, training of employees needs to be emphasized because it will give them knowledge and experience on the importance of products offered.
