This fosters a culture of responsibility and training in employees hence, boosting rapid achievements for the Company and sustainable changes in operations. Additionally, the organization needs to send their customer care representatives (touch points) to survey the market and collect data on the mechandize or service offered by the company. The representative can also make outbound calls in aid of promoting the product and service to their target market. Desert Communication also needs to give its employees incentives to motivate them for dedication purposes on promotion strategies of features added to the organization. In this context, training of employees needs to be emphasized because it will give them knowledge and experience on the importance of products offered.
