Organization Management and Administration Development, Essay Example

Speaking about my personal understanding of such notions as organization management and administration development, I cannot but claim they are both crucial in terms of societal welfare; obviously, the aforementioned terms emerge to consist of a rather deep complex of numerous special tools necessary to strengthen and stabilize operation management. It becomes clear that organization management and administration development serve as the tools to increase the effectiveness of the organization. It is conceptual in terms of efforts involved. The new approaches towards changes are necessary due to ever-shifting tendency of market standards. When analyzing the meaning of organization management and administration development to me, I always conclude that these are keys to running a successful organization. The thing is that my graduation from King Abdulaziz University, which is situated in Jeddah Arabia, influenced my awareness with regards to managerial dimensions of an organization dramatically. Moreover, since the very childhood I always used to be interested in getting to the point of the way different companies were arranged. Consequently, now I am willing to continue broadening my proficiency within the area of organization management and administration development.

To be precise, if I get accepted here at the public administration department, I will surely contribute to the development of new approaches to managerial performance by demonstrating huge willingness to advance new arguments within this very field of studies. Moreover, I will inevitably bridge the gap and learn more to help when getting back home. I must admit that I am intended to start sharing my experience at home occupying a position of a corporate trainer who would be responsible for improving the performance in a dynamic organization.

Getting on the board is extremely important for me; I will be eager to enrich my knowledge within organizational excellence; what is more, I aim to be opened to participating in any studies aimed at figuring out of how to gain the mastery of your own organization management. I am aware of the fact that there are many people willing to be approved; each of them has some certain motivation of why he/she is focused on being accepted at the public administration department. As for the main advantage that my candidature owns in comparison with others, it is basically searching for organization management skills training in order to strengthen my managerial abilities; what is more, I am targeted on becoming aware of certain steps necessary to be taken by my government so as to achieve similar breakthrough from the perspective of sustaining the organization’s excellent performance.  I am absolutely convinced that I can dedicate as much time as needed to become good at motivating as well as inspiring others to drive results. Additionally, one of my concerns is targeted on investigating the essence of executive leadership in general and attempting to invent a new model of successful negotiations, optimal strategic thinking and communication; and my interest in public administration department can enable me to get rid of inner organizational uncertainty.

Why do I want to work at the public administration department? It is mainly about the necessity of obtaining new knowledge within the area of human relations, and, logically, mastering an awareness of the most important indicators of efficient organization management and administration development from cooperation with a highly-qualified team. The requirements that I am obliged to meet are quite obvious, albeit hard to be followed. Notwithstanding this fact, I will do my best to apply all my enrichments to the usual everyday’s flow in my job. The principal way of doing that goes through conducting the lessons among the personnel based on providing the information that describes the models of managing successful organization. Furthermore, there must be individual approach to each workman that requires the establishment of concise working limits within all the departments. I can clearly state that once I get accepted, I will only continue expanding my horizon within the advanced techniques of conceptualizing the up-to-date framework of organization’s critical success factors. I am assured that working at the public administration department will assist me in improving and developing human-relations, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. I hope to become a competent economist and supervisor, having a deep knowledge of organization and of human behavior to work well with other people.
