On the other end, when it comes to handling transactions with clients from all over the globe, the company also utilizes information technology to both inquire and serve the needs of the society. Relatively, this makes it easier for the organization to function in full consideration of the practical approach in reaching their clients and establishing their status in the industry.

On the part of marketing, technology plays a great role in making it easier for the company to make and retain a strong name in the industry. Amidst the massive competition with Linux and other software organizations, Microsoft remains at the top of its game. One key to such fact is the company’s utilization of cloud computing. Cloud computing is the new age computing process that allows an organization to reach out to several individuals they target to market their products to all at the same time, at the same pace and at the same quality. This allows the company to utilize both time and resources at a much efficient manner therefore allowing them to save more while attracting more to appreciate what they have to offer in the market. This strategy in modern technology remains a key player especially in the process of competing with all the different organizations following the same pattern of operation that Microsoft Company adapts to.
