Microsoft Company, one of the leading organizations in the field of computer-technology, adapts a very systematic operation by which it is able to control its business assets to assure profitability. To make sure that such assets are considered accordingly and their values are utilized efficiently, the administrators of the Microsoft Company make sure that they utilize technology at its best. At present, at least 70% of the overall operation of the company is handled online.

For instance, their people [working from the different parts of the world] are connected through the internet. Having a company-defined network that is secured to be accessed by the members of the organization, it could be assumed that somehow, people belonging to the organization are better acquainted and are managed accordingly as needed. On the other end, when it comes to handling transactions with clients from all over the globe, the company also utilizes information technology to both inquire and serve the needs of the society. Relatively, this makes it easier for the organization to function in full consideration of the practical approach in reaching their clients and establishing their status in the industry.

On the part of marketing, technology plays a great role in making it easier for the company to make and retain a strong name in the industry. Amidst the massive competition with Linux and other software organizations, Microsoft remains at the top of its game. One key to such fact is the company’s utilization of cloud computing. Cloud computing is the new age computing process that allows an organization to reach out to several individuals they target to market their products to all at the same time, at the same pace and at the same quality. This allows the company to utilize both time and resources at a much efficient manner therefore allowing them to save more while attracting more to appreciate what they have to offer in the market. This strategy in modern technology remains a key player especially in the process of competing with all the different organizations following the same pattern of operation that Microsoft Company adapts to.
