Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, Essay Example

I would like to express my interest in the Versant RN Residency program at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center in Florida. PBGMC’s long history of providing top-notch service to the North Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast is among the many reasons why I would like to become a part of the program.  Truly from the standpoint of PBGMC itself, it would provide me with a wonderful institution for my prospective studies, in terms of care, technology, and commitment to patients, among others.

From the PBGMC website I have been impressed in the many accolades and honors awarded to PBGMC.  For instance, ranking as one of America’s 50 Best Hospitals, given the Patient Safety Excellence Award, and the Distinguished Hospital Award for Clinical Excellence for at least three years in all of these honors, is more than impressive.  As it is quite clear that PBGMC has achieved much within the immediate area, and extending to the country, this is the experience and expertise that I desire to learn from in my potential studies at an institution such as this.

The Versant RN Residency program also has much to offer to my education and experience, I believe.  As clarified by PBGMC, it is one where nurses can transform what they have learned into skills and further, more rigorous training.  As I have enjoyed my educational training very much, I desire to further it with a program such as Versant.

I feel that Versant can be a place where education, training, and where all the dynamics of nursing come together. Personally I feel that testing my abilities and extending my skills and professional nature can only help me to become a better nurse.  The training, experience, and network of expertise offered by the Versant program is what I believe can help me further my career in so many ways.

Optimistically I feel that prospectively working with the Versant program at PBGMC can help me become a better health care professional.  Of course, the direct training and experience will be substantial.  However I am confident that I will grow overall as a true professional, led by the valued teachers at Versant.

With my dedication and commitment I will be able to apply myself to Versant to make it a valuable program with confident, growing students such as myself.  In upholding Versant’s tradition in teaching the most dedicated students, my skills and worth ethic are suited at Versant.

In my interest in PBGMC and the Versant RN Residency, I find myself looking forward to a particularly engaging environment in which I can devote my time.  Overall I feel I can apply myself to a program where I could grow in my knowledge, skills, and inner qualities needed to excel as an RN.  Truly I hope that I could add to the wonderful program here.  Thank you for your time and consideration.
