Essay

The work area has several points of consideration specifically dedicated towards improving work efforts in the station. The consideration of how work flows in the shop and how the personnel are able to function according to the workloads they are expected to complete have been fully defined through the placing of the different elements that make up the shop. Several coffee makers are left open for customer-use thus lessening the pressure on the working staffs in relation to how coffee-making tasks are divided into the number of individuals available for work on duty.

Most of the considerations made in relation to the form of the business and how it should flow according to the kind of operation that the organization hopes to thrive in. The ambiance of the whole shop also contributes to the feel of the work operations that are happening in the business. The relaxed ambiance creates a definite insistence on how the workers function alongside each other. Practically, the relaxed essence of such environment makes it easier for the staff to become more involved in the process of serving the clients according to their demands.   What was seemingly effective in the setup of the shop is that it was very much enticing especially that the aroma of the food fills the room which accelerates the interest of the people over the food that the business offers. This perhaps increases the rate of sales that the business makes in a day. Relatively, this point of improved ambiance makes it easier for the workers to feel the essence of their job as well; allowing them to function more fully. Focused on their work, the staffs are able to function well as expected from them thus yielding better results for the business. The color of the shop also adds into the ambiance that the shop is aiming to create not only for the clients but also for the sake of the staff members operating in the area. What makes it effective is the fact that the behavioral and emotional capacities of the staff members are basically making an impact on how the organization is to function in the industry as a primary institution of excellent service.
