It is based on a search engine that is on the aspect of Google’s search engine that is designed in the aspect of monitoring data on the basis of searching for data that may contain the words that may imply violation of privacy on the network. This factor will serve to prevent of leakage of sensitive information that would lead to industrial espionage. (Cisco Systems, 2011)

In the case of broadcasts, there is a pre-established delay of thirty seconds, which allows the senior management to look into the broadcasts and ensure that the aspect of privacy is being observed. In order to prevent the aspect of collision of data, there is an established time sequence that allows the release and transmission of data throughout the network, which pre-established for all the computers on the networks, the computers of the management take precedence as they must relay as well as receive data the fastest on the network. These factors have proven to be the definitive factors that ensure the IT system of the organization is efficient as well as privacy is upheld.
