The policy manual is intended for the encouraging of new managers in Just Web Internet Company the process of setting their respective departments. He manual is intended to act as a guide for the new managers that I as per the expectations of the new managers who are incoming. It is the duty of the CEO of the company to strive towards the creation of an environment that is conducive for the purpose of trust as well as respect in a situation of inclusion of all individuals as well as their feeling of a sense of value. This is the environment that is responsible for enabling all the members in the development as well as contribution to the potential (Canadian-American Committee, 2005).

In the organization, there is an importance in appreciating the characteristics of the managers in consideration of the fact that the employees are a great asset in as far as the organization is concerned. There is therefore a need for the development of the staff and the elimination of barriers in the organization. This is achieving through placing major emphasis on the issues of planning, organization activities of control as well as leading. There is thus a need for the modern managers to foster some degree of flexibility as well as creativity in the process of offering solutions to the problems of management (Doug, 2004)..

The essence of the managers is to work through the rest of the employees in a manner of coordinating the activities of work for the purpose of the achievement of the goals of the company. The role of the mangers is under the influence dynamic nature in the organization as well as the work leading to blurring of the distinction in the midst of the managers as well as non-managerial employees.

There are two approaches that are major n in the context of the management which is related to the system approach that is responsible for the facilitation of the managers in the coordination of the various activities of work for the purpose of achieving the goals of the organization. This is followed by contingency approach or the situation approach hat deals with the reflection with respect to the facts faced by the organization in diverse circumstances leading to the adoption of diverse management techniques (Michael, & Helen, 2004).

As a result of globalization, there is a need for being innovative as well as flexible an it is the duty of the managers to encourage for innovation as well as flexibility. Foe success therefore, it is he duty of the manager to make emphasis on the quality processes of management for the purpose of being committed to improvements that are continuous in as far as the activities are concerned. The implication of the external environment is the forces as well as institutions in the exterior of the company that bears potential effect on the performance of the company. The actual components in this regard involves specific environment including the customers, the competitors, the suppliers as well as the pressure groups. Te general environment also plays a significant contribution and it relates o the broad economic, political, the leg includes broad economic, political/legal, sociocultural, demographic, technological, demographic, and global conditions (Michael, 2003).

The process of decision making has some particular importance in all features of the job of the manager. the situation that is real in decision making involves taking of risks whereby the decision maker is in a position of estimating the possibility of alternatives as well as the outcomes
