My career goal is to become an entrepreneur by owning a music entertainment label sports management company. I believe my goals embraces SMART philosophy, where SMART means that the career goals should be Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely. My career goal is specific because I want to be an entrepreneur by working as full-time CEO of  the company that I started. My goals are measurable as I can monitor and evaluate over time. My goals are attainable since over time I will achieve them because I need to grow as an entrepreneur by assuming more responsibilities and get involved in product strategy. The goals are realistic as because of heart and passion, where I have motivation towards thriving in business. Finally, my goal is time-bound as in the next five to ten years I determined to position myself and grow my business and have leadership to tackle challenges that will arise.

I am determined to attain my goal of owning a company grow my business in the next five to ten years. This time will allow me to grow my business and demonstrate my expertise through my management and leadership acquired through my MBA. There are several challenges in the industry, but within the ten years, I will have overcomed them.

Internship is important towards achieving the needed skills and competencies being an entrepreneur. The skills that I need to develop include management, organization and leadership skills. These skills are important towards making sure that all the schedules are met in a timely manner. These skills are important towards overcoming challenges,while pursuing the goal. I will like to work in leading sports and entertainment companies that offer internship, where I will be able to develop these skills.

I need to develop a plan by going back to the university at Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Texas, where I had started after high school in 2002 to complete what I had started to get my MBA degree. I want to be a Hall of Farmer at Full Sail University to cement my success to a higher level. Some of the groups that I need to succeed with my goal are superstars and athletes that will provide endorsement, especially in the sports industry. The United States is a $200 billion-dollar powerhouse that will promote my goals. There are also innovative thinkers that I know will support me towards achieving my goals.

Through the passion and motivation that I have, I believe I will succeed in attaining my career goal. I believe there are many benefits of attaining goals. I will be able to further my professional career. The goal will  boost my personal life because I will be able to earn a good living and help others develop their careers. I will be a great thing serving my community through the skills that I will have attained.
