As a manager, the preparation of the meeting entails researching and collecting information on the importance of the emergent project to all stakeholders of the organization. The researchers and project engineers will need detailed explanation on the re-scheduling of their normal activities. It is expected for some employees to want compensation and this will stir some arguments between them, but by handling the situation in a managerial view, all During the meeting, the employees of the organization will be disappointed, but with rewards and motivational packages at hand, they will work together to complete the project in time. Delays on the other project will also need compensation packages for the time lost, and interruption caused, which means that the engineers and scientists should be flexible in order to accommodate emergencies that arise.
