This project is meant for the local Project Management Institute. The project has many benefits that are associated with it. This document will highlight the benefits of the project to the project stakeholders.

This project will help the local Project Management Institute understand its student’s and staff’s (stakeholders) comprehension of different project management concepts. Of particular interest, will be to gauge the stakeholders’ understanding of project optimization. This information will be gained through the use of keywords, which the stakeholders will be required to elucidate.

This project will also help the local Project Management institute gain a deeper understanding of how the demographics of the institute influence and affect the general understanding of different concepts of project management. For example, how does age and experience influence one’s understanding of project management and project optimization. Also, to understand how position within the organization plays a role in one’s comprehension of the different facets of project management.

This project will help the local Project Management institute apply corrective measures where weaknesses may be highlighted after the analysis of the project results. These corrective measures will involve training where necessary. By understanding the general level of comprehension across the different departments, the Institute’s management can apply measures to aid in improving areas that have been noted to have weaknesses.

Finally, the project results will help the local Project Management Institute in the management decision making process in the future. Crucial information such as departmental performance may be tallied against the project results and in-turn help management make optimal decisions for the Institute.
