One important engagement that is associated with project management is the aptitude of convincing potential clients about the existing capabilities to offer viable solutions to the needs of the business currently and in the future. This will give the clients the appropriate courage of trusting the organization as a strategic partner (Berkun, 2005).

Improving the future of project management requires a consideration of training programs aimed at improving the skills and experiences of project managers (Cummings & Pletcher, 2011). The programs will facilitate in additional skills in the management of complex projects, establishment of vital performance indicators as well as dashboards, conducting viable feasibility studies coupled with cost-benefit analysis, project governance establishment and validation and revalidation of vital project assumptions (Dvir & Shenhar, 2011).

The training programs intended to offer a blight future of project management will also aim at improving the skills in the management of multiple stakeholders, designing as well as implementing of adaptive enterprise methodologies in project management and lastly, development of important coping skills as well as skills relevant in stress management.

It is important to ascertain that project management retains its relevance in as far as eh current as well as the future members are concerned (Bagherpour, 2010).

The success of organizations in the management of complex projects now and in the future is a very important consideration. This is achievable if the tools as well as methodologies applicable in project management are made adaptive as well as fluid. The needs of the stakeholders should be taken in to consideration in making the choice of the tools and the methodologies to be applied in project management for success to be achieved (Aneshensel, 2002).

Consequently, solution providers play a crucial role in shaping the future in project management through custom-designing of the methodologies of project management to suit the needs of the stakeholders.
