What business or technical need will be filled by this project?

This project shall address the need of a small independent healthcare institution to keep records of their patients and/or clients and be able to commendably manage the aspect of the organization’s function in the society.

What end-users requirements will be addressed?

The proposed project shall respond to the data recording needs of the organization especially in consideration with the kind of service that it hopes to provide the society with. The creation of  a centralized system of operational recording shall make it easier for the organization to find specific measures to serve the healthcare needs of their stakeholders.

What deliverable will be produced?

A centralized system of data recording that will allow the administration to access information about the clients and immediately see the most common health procedures and accurately updated healthcare information about the patients. With this program, it is expected that the organization would be able to mandate even the financial needs that they have to accomplish so as to make sure that they give their patients what they need at the right time.

What related business or technical need will be excluded from this project?

Since the program is basically designed for a healthcare institution, all the technical specifications of the project shall be directed to the said type of organization. Understandably, this shall impose the fact that profit-based business are likely to be excluded from the beneficiaries of the program.

What end-users requirements will be excluded from this project?

Although the program shall provide an overview of the possible financial expenditures of the organization in consideration with their operation, this would not be thoroughly able to handle complicated accounting operations like that of an accounting program.

What deliverable will be excluded from this project?

The program is specifically directed towards recording healthcare details about the clients of the institution and the possible healthcare needs that each individual requires. However, the program is not expected to be as intricate as EHR or electronic health record is designed with.
