This project has resulted in a meaningful body of work or artifact in numerous ways. The following is a brief analysis of these characteristics with reasons why they are valid.

Project Monitoring

In this project there are numerous project monitoring tools that have been put in place to ensure that the project is not only a success, but also runs with little to no deviances from the project scope, budget and timeline. The project has managed to develop tools based on the needs, complexity and composition of the program which is going to be implemented.

Research Methodology and Sampling

This project has managed to highlight critical issues that need to be put into consideration when selecting the research methodology and sampling techniques. The project has highlighted the complexities involved with dynamic inputs and the advantages of static inputs. These two factors are the cornerstone of determining the ease with which a project will be conducted. With uncertainty and flux that is associated with dynamic inputs, the more time will be consumed in conducting the research.

Collecting Demographics

Sample Size

The project has managed to select a useful and valid sample size that is best suited for the desired goals and scope of the project. The fact that the project has chosen a centralized sample with approximately 40 to 60 subjects, gives the project’s research team ease of access to information that is required to complete the project.
